Powers
of Attorney |

The new
arrangements for Lasting Powers of Attorney come into force on 1
October. Do review your current arrangements and arrange for updates or new
Enduring Powers of Attorney to avoid additional cost and administration. Please do
not think that this is only relevant as we get older because accident and
serious illness can affect us all. |
